Who We Are

We provide a personalised support to both providers and to participants to better understand how to navigate through the NDIS, access process, plan reviews and provides Support Coordination to participants in Western Australia.

With a focus on the fundamentals of supporting those with disabilities, expert knowledge and experience within the sector, we endeavour to Challenge Your Limits to navigate the scheme with ease.

The Rosie Difference

As an independent Support Coordination provider, we offer a range of services tailored to your needs. Whether you require Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination, or Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, our team of experts is here to guide you every step of the way.

But that's not all – we go above and beyond. Unlike other providers, our services aren't tied to a specific level of funding. Even if you're on the NDIS without funding for support coordination, we're still here to assist you. We prioritise your outcomes, not your funding.

With Rosie Disability Services, you'll have a dedicated partner by your side, ensuring you understand your NDIS plan, funding, and reviews. We empower you to advocate for yourself, speak up, and get the support you deserve.

Emily Lennox

Founder of Rosie Disability Services

I established Rosie Disability Services out of a recognition of the inadequate assistance and education available to providers, participants, and caregivers in the disability sector.

Armed with a bachelor's degree in Paramedical Science, my career began as a Mental Health Paramedic before progressing into 000 emergency services in Perth, WA. These roles endowed me with extensive experience in crisis intervention, encompassing both medical and mental health emergencies.

Transitioning into the disability sector, I assumed the role of a Local Area Coordinator and specialised as an NDIS ‘Planner’. Observing the overall confusion and lack of competent support among Participants and Providers, I shifted my focus to community-based roles including Support Coordinator, Specialist Support Coordinator, and Psychosocial Recovery Coach.

My dedication stems from a deep-seated passion for advocating for the holistic health and wellness of individuals grappling with disabilities, chronic illnesses, and mental health conditions
